Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. We ship via UPS and USPS, and you'll see your available options and exact costs before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region

United States
We ship domestically via USPS and UPS. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Canada
We ship to Canada via USPS and UPS. Please allow 7–21 business days for delivery after your order is processed.

United Kingdom, Germany & Ireland
International shipments to the UK, Germany, and Ireland are sent via UPS. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after processing.

Australia
We ship to Australia via UPS. Please allow 10–21 business days for delivery after your order is processed.

International Orders & Customs

For orders shipping outside the United States, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees before placing your order.

How We Package Our Milk Paint

Our milk paint is a dry powder — and we love it that way! It's lightweight, long-lasting, and travels beautifully. Each bag is carefully sealed and packaged to prevent moisture exposure and shifting during transit. We double-check every milk paint order before it leaves our hands to make sure it arrives in perfect condition, ready for your next project.

Returns

We want you to love everything you bring home from Shackteau Interiors. For hardware, home goods, and milk paint, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can make the process smooth and easy for you. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
